Delivery

Most products can be professionally delivered. This service is done with a fleet of moffett trucks and trailers. Most products are left in most cases right on the pallets and we can place them where requested. Smaller sod orders will be removed from the pallets. A Loaded Moffett can weigh up to 12,000 lbs there for we do not recommend putting products on or crossing driveways,sidewalks or walkways. Areas can often be left with tire marks,scratches and possibly cracks, sinking or other damages. All persons and pets must stay at a clear of the delivery vehicle and equipment.

A loaded dump Truck can weigh up to 40,000 Lbs there for we do not recommend putting products on or crossing driveways,sidewalks or walkways. Areas can often be left with tire marks,scratches and possibly cracks, sinking or other damages. If product is put on the Street you assume all risks associated with it and product must be removed immediately.

Direct Landscape Supply Ltd is not responsible for scratch,cracks, damages or injury caused due to the placement or delivery of your products.

Buy ordering our products, you acknowledge and consent to the limitations listed above and indemnify and hold harmless all Owners, Directors, Employees and Subcontractors of Direct Landscape Supply and its divisions.

Winter Delivery

We do not offer delivery on snow days or operate in very cold temperatures. We try to do our deliveries on mild days between storms when the roads are dry. Please plan ahead.

Delivery Area includes listed city and surrounding area with in 5km unless listed otherwise. Please note there may be weight restrictions in some areas. You must point this out at time of order confirmation.For Area's not listed / or if the system will not provide a shipping price please contact us for a shipping rates.
