Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services.

SECTION 21 – DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
All products are deemed delivered once placed on site. One Call Trucking Ltd. / Direct Landscape Supply is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, or missing products after delivery. A signature may not be required to complete delivery.
Deliveries are completed using tractor trailers, dump trucks, and Moffett (truck-mounted forklift) equipment. Products are typically delivered on pallets and may be placed where requested only when site access and ground conditions allow. A loaded Moffett can weigh up to 12,000 lbs. For this reason, we do not recommend placing materials on or crossing driveways, sidewalks, walkways, curbs, or landscaped areas.
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe, clear, and suitable access to the delivery location. Tire marks, surface scratches, ruts, cracking, or damage may occur due to ground conditions, weather, or equipment weight.
One Call Trucking Ltd., Direct Landscape Supply, and its contractors are not responsible for any scratches, cracks, surface damage, property damage, or injury caused by delivery, placement, access conditions, or equipment operation for any reason.
