At Direct Landscape Supply, we make ordering materials simple whether you’re a homeowner or contractor. Follow the easy steps below to get your quote, place your order, and schedule delivery or pickup.

1️⃣ Choose Your Materials

Browse our product catalog and decide what you need for your project:

  • Bulk soil & aggregates (bulk bags and loose delivery)

  • Sod (farm-fresh rolls)

  • Gravel & decorative rock

  • Pavers, slabs & retaining wall materials

  • Hardscape products (fire pits, outdoor kitchens, accessories)

2️⃣ Get a Quote or Place Your Order Online

Call us at 587-330-4200 to discuss your materials, quantities, and delivery needs. We will provide pricing and availability.

Add your items to the cart then click on cart on top right side of page, add your details below and check out:

  • Name & phone number

  • Delivery address

  • Materials & quantities needed

  • Preferred delivery date

  • Any site access notes

3️⃣ Add Delivery Instructions at Checkout

When placing your order online, please include delivery instructions in the instruction box at checkout.

What to include:

  • Site access details

  • Gate width / entrance width (minimum 9 ft required for Moffett delivery)

  • Placement preferences (e.g., where to put pallets, bulk bags, sod)

  • Obstacles (wires, trees, slopes, soft ground)

⚠️ We do not deliver through neighbouring properties or over rough or unstable terrain. Final placement is at the driver’s discretion based on access and safety.

Including clear instructions helps ensure accurate placement and a smoother delivery day.

4️⃣ Order Confirmation

Once you receive your invoice:

  • Review the materials and any delivery details

  • You will not see the delivery date you entered but we received it with your order. 

  • Your order will be scheduled for delivery or pick up on the day requested


5️⃣ Schedule Delivery or Yard Pickup

📦 Delivery Options

  • Standard Bulk Delivery (dump truck)

  • Moffett delivery & placement (truck-mounted forklift)
    Delivery is available Monday–Saturday (weather permitting). Our team will confirm delivery timing by email. 

🪴 Yard Pickup

Prefer to pick up? Visit our Carseland yard during yard hours. Please call ahead so we can have your materials ready.
