Shipping policy

Delivery service is done with a fleet of tractor trailers and moffett set ups. Products are left in most cases right on the pallets and we can place them where requested.  A Loaded Moffett can weigh up to 12,000 lbs there for we do not recommend putting products on or crossing driveways,sidewalks or walkways. Areas can often be left with tire marks,scratches and possibly cracks if the base is not good. Direct Landscape Supply Ltd is not responsible for scratch,cracks or any damages caused due to the placement or delivery of any products..
