This package includes up to 12 cubic yards of screened loam. Your actual soil requirement depends on existing grade, soil conditions and desired finished elevation. Include the required quantity and any important delivery instructions in your order notes.

Professional Sod & Soil Delivery in Calgary
This package combines two different landscape materials and delivery methods. The Kentucky Bluegrass sod is transported on pallets, while the screened loam is delivered loose by dump truck.
Palletized Sod Delivery
Sod remains palletized during transportation and unloading to help keep the rolls organized, protected and ready for installation.
Dump Truck Soil Delivery
Premium screened loam is delivered loose by dump truck to an accessible and suitable location at the property.
Sod and soil can be scheduled for different days when required. Add your preferred delivery dates to the order notes if you need time to complete grading and soil preparation before the sod arrives.
For larger lawn projects, consider having the soil delivered first so grading and preparation can be completed before the sod arrives. If you plan to begin laying sod early in the morning, scheduling the sod delivery for the previous day can make installation easier.

Sod Pallets & Returns
The sod portion of this package is supplied on pallets. Applicable pallet deposits are added at checkout.
Customers receive a $40 refund per eligible pallet when returned in accordance with our pallet return program.

Sod is a living, perishable product. Complete your soil preparation before installation and plan to install the fresh sod as soon as reasonably possible after it arrives.
