Sod Roll Size
- Each roll measures approximately 2 ft × 5 ft
- Each roll covers approximately 10 sq. ft.
Ordering Recommendations
- Orders must be placed in 10 sq. ft. increments
- We recommend ordering an additional 5% for trimming and waste
- Sod is pre-ordered and reserved to help ensure freshness
- Orders should ideally be placed by 2:00 PM the day before pickup to allow time for harvesting and transportation
- Recommended lead time is 1–3 business days during peak season
- We sell out most days, so please order at least one day in advance

Customers must provide their order number at the time of pickup.

Pallet Information
- Pallet fees are added at checkout where applicable
- Customers receive a $40 refund per pallet when returned
- Pallets are generally provided for full 500 sq. ft. increments
- Remaining quantities of 500 sq. ft. or less may be loaded loose unless a $40 pallet deposit is paid at the time of order
- Applicable pallet deposits are automatically calculated at checkout where required
Important Pickup & Installation Information
⚠️ Sod must be picked up on the scheduled pickup date.
No refunds will be provided for missed pickups or no-show orders.
Sod is a living, perishable product and should ideally be installed the same day, especially during hot weather.
In mild weather conditions, sod can remain on the pallet for up to 48–72 hours depending on weather conditions. However, earlier installation is always recommended for best results.
Watering & Sod Care Information
New sod requires consistent watering to establish properly.
Important Care Recommendations
- Water immediately after installation
- Continue watering daily until fully established
- Monitor moisture levels closely during warm weather
- Shrinking edges or discoloration are signs of insufficient watering
