Premium screened loam for preparing the lawn area before sod installation. Each bulk bag covers approximately 300 sq. ft. at approximately 1 inch depth.
Soil requirements vary depending on existing grade and site conditions. Additional bulk bags can be added to your order if your project requires more soil preparation.

The sod portion of this package is supplied on a pallet. Applicable pallet deposits are added at checkout.
Customers receive a $40 refund per eligible pallet when returned in accordance with our pallet return program.
