Many full pallet sod orders are delivered using professional truck-mounted forklift equipment. This allows palletized sod to be unloaded efficiently while reducing unnecessary handling of the product.
Safe and suitable access is required. Placement is subject to driver discretion, weather, ground conditions and accessibility. Heavy delivery equipment can mark or damage unsuitable surfaces.
Sod Pallets & Returns
Full pallet sod orders are supplied on pallets for transportation, unloading and product protection. Applicable pallet deposits are added during checkout.
Customers receive a $40 refund per eligible pallet when returned in accordance with our pallet return program.

Installing & Caring for Fresh Sod
Prepare your installation area before the sod arrives and install the sod as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. Fresh sod should be watered immediately after installation and kept consistently moist while its root system establishes.
